For about 35 years, since the winter of 1991 to be exact, we welcome guests from all over the world to our Ferienhaus Kirchplatzl. Back then as well as today, the comfortable holiday homes in Leutasch are the perfect destination to those, who love themselves something special. Some simplicity. Some silence. Some nature. Some freedom. Located blissfully sunny at the village border of Leutasch, we´re more than willing to welcome the entire familiy. Besides our comfortable, kid-friendly apartments we invite our guests to explore our 2.500 m3 big yard, which contains everything one could ask for. All of this lead to the Ferienhaus Kirchplatzl earning a 4 out of 4 edelweiss rating, a true mark of quality.
Right infront the door of your holiday home in Leutasch the picturesque Region Seefeld - Tirols Hochplateau invites you to explore, experience and relax. Sports enthusiasts and active vacationers will discover a paradise perfect for cross-country-skiing, skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, tobogganing, curling, ice-skating, ski tours and much more.
Our Kirchplatzl extra: You will be given the ticket to the cross-country ski trail and the bus ticket for the Region Seefeld-Leutasch-Scharnitz-Mösern-Reith - Tirols Hochplateau valid for the duration of your stay. Once a week we offer a snowshoeing tour – very popular and exciting.

In the summertime, the mountain landscape surrounding your holiday home in Leutasch fascinates with its astonishing beauty and diversity. Strolling, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking or e-biking (e-bike routes and charging stations are signposted), rock climbing, golfing, swimming or roller skiing – the possibilities are endless. Alternatively, you could simply enjoy the glorious summer sun in our vast garden.
Our Kirchplatzl extra: To complete an exhilarating day, we arrange a wonderful barbecue, once a week . Apart from that, you get to enjoy free entry to the Alpenbad Leutasch and we give you the bus ticket for the Region.
