Cancellation

......in times like these, so that you can coninue to look forward to your holiday, you don´t have to rush anything. In order to offer our guests security and confidence, we have adjusted all cancellation conditions. If travel is not allowed, because of the coronavirus, travel restrictions or the hotels are close, you can cancel free of charge, up to 7 days before your arrival. We will not charge any cancellation fees. 

Our normal cancellation conditions:

In the case of cancellations of a booked room, delayed arrival or early departure, the following travel rules apply:

• You can cancel up to three months before arrival
• Three to one months before arrival we charge 60% of the price
• Between one month and one week before arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the price.
• If you cancel within one week before arrival, we will charge you 9ß% of the price.
• In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, we will charge you 100% of the price.

Our apartments at Ferienhaus Kirchplatzl in Leutasch!

• Every apartment is luminous and flooded with light, with a balcony or patio on the south- or southwest side
• Every apartment has a separate kitchen with dining area
• Full kitchen equipment (dishes, glasses, cutlery), as well as 4-plate stove, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle
• Heating (spring, summer, autumn and winter)
• Some apartments are equipped with a tiled stove and bench, heated in the early afternoon from the hallway (december-april)
• Electricity
• Bedding and table linen, (bath) towels, cosy bathrobes, hot water bottle, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror

• Hair dryer, make-up mirror
• TV and radio, satellite-flatscreen-tv in English, Italian, French, Dutch, Russian, TV and radio programme
• Telephone (fees are billed according to use)
• Free WIFI
• Pure spring water coming from the Leutaschtal with pine flavor in every apartment
  

   

Garden and conviviality 

• 2.500 m² big garden, on the south side, with children’s area
• Garden barbecue with pavilion for fun evenings
• During the summertime, barbecue evening on wednesdays
• Garden furniture: tables, chairs, deckchairs and parasols for free use
• Extensive sunbathing and playing area on the south side

Your private carport is included in the price: comfortable all year round!

Accessibility

Our holiday homes on the ground floor are suitable for wheelchairs.

Usage of our washing machine

The usage of our washing machine is possible on request. Euro 3,-- per washing machine load

Bread service

Upon request, you can get fresh bread delivered to your door daily. (Fee is billed according to consumption)

Transport connection

The bus stop for the regional buses is only 5 walking minutes away. We give you the bus ticket for the region Seefeld-Leutasch-Scharnitz-Reith-Mösern-Buchen - the Tyrolean high plateau for your holiday.

Public travel by train or Flixbus. Please click  www.seefeld.com/anreise  here you will find all the informations on travelling to region Seefeld.

Train journey: We will pick up you from the train station in Seefeld or Mittenwald. A contribution of Euro 10,-- / trip. 

Arrival by plane: We will pick up you from the airport Innsbruck. A contribution of Euro 20,-- / trip. 

Free entry to the Alpenbad Leutasch

For our guests: Free entry to the Erlebniswelt Alpenbad Leutasch from May to October (up to 4 hours, also on days of arrival/departure), worth 16,50 € / person

From your apartment in Leutasch: 15-20 walking minutes

Kirchplatzl for active vacationers 

• Included during the summer months: 
• The bus ticket for the Seefeld region - Tyrol´s high plateau.
• Hiking boot room with heated boot dryer.
• Barbecue evening once a week, always on Wednesday.
• one free ascent and descent of the Katzenkopf in Leutasch per stay with region guest card.

• Included during the winter months:
• snowshoeing with Othmar once a week, snowshoes and sticks provided, worth 40€ / person
• Sleighs and snowshoes/sticks for rental 
• All-year ski storage

• You are given the ticket to the cross-country ski trail, as well as the bus ticket to the Region Seefeld-Leutasch-Scharnitz-Mösern-Reith - Tyrols high plateau for the duration of your stay

Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival, you can move into the apartments as of 14:00. On the day of departure, we would ask you to leave the apartment at 10.00.

Please keep in mind that we do not accept credit or debit cards. Payment is possible in cash or by credit transfer in advance.

Advance payment

We would like to inform you that you booking is binding, once we receive an advance payment of 30%. Please transfer the sum within 7 days free of charge for the receiver.

Travel insurance

If something happens anyway, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance, I.e. Europäische Reiseversicherung. (www.europaeische.at).

Pets

Pets are very welcome in our holiday homes. Fee for dogs (without food): 10 €/day
